Sagittarius is the centaur. The same bow that Arjuna held at Kurukshetra when Krishna spoke from within the gap between the drawing and the release — the bow of the consciousness that stands at the threshold between the animal inheritance and the ground it is being called toward. Half animal — the biological inheritance of four million years of evolutionary development. Half human — the newly activated cognitive capacity that could stand outside the animal inheritance and ask questions about it. The upper human half holds the bow. The lower animal half provides the power. The arrow is aimed at the galactic centre. Astronomers confirm that the tip of Sagittarius’s arrow in the night sky points directly at the core of the Milky Way — the supermassive black hole around which the entire galactic structure revolves. The x₀ of the galactic scale. The unmanifest void at the centre of everything. The silence before the first word at the scale of one hundred billion stars. The first consciousness capable of asking what is real was born pointing at the centre of reality. The bow is always the same bow. The gap is always the same gap. Krishna is always already in the chariot.
Seventy thousand years ago a small group of human beings survived a volcanic catastrophe that reduced the species to perhaps a thousand individuals. Something switched on in them that had never switched on before. The capacity to stand outside the animal inheritance and ask — what is real?
The precessional clock places that awakening in the age of Sagittarius. The centaur. Half animal. Half human. The bow drawn. The arrow aimed at the galactic centre.
Two independent instruments. One coordinate.
This is what good metaphysics does. Not argue. Not prove. Orient.
You are standing somewhere in something vast enough to be worth being located in. This book gives you the map.

Feels kinda nice & even kinda coherent, but is it more of the same old, same old, Spiritual Woo, that will no longer do? The product of a fragile mind that cannot tolerate the brutal truth that ultimate reality is completely indifferent to life's existence?

Hence humanity's love of pleasant communication, feeling like a form of reality comprehension? As our world continues to spiral deeper into chaos. And no amount of well educated coherent communication seems able to effect an unfolding chaotic reality, towards an effective & lasting resolution.
