I was so keen to have Carney elected that I campaigned for the local liberal riding. Heard about a long time ago “thing” wrt CBC. I got a sound explanation from the riding office. Which satisfied me. Provably over stated ?? Enough that the local NDP candidate used it as dirt in their flyers.
