Great analysis! There are a few variables in this scenario that run on history and the current 'current'. The AB royalty fund has historically never sustained value for citizens. It's moved up & down and mainly down. The current Smith/UCP government are madly privatizing most if not all citizen services typically funded by collective governments in this country. More earned royalties from greater sales facilitated by two citizen funded pipelines will not necessarily change course from history and will likely generate little return for citizens (Ralph bucks or Dani Dollars) may be the extent of 'shared wealth'. But, the shareholders - mainly foreign will benefit greatly. And the pump price remains global. AB does not refine its product. Eastern Canada refineries are set-up for foreign crude - not AB raw, heavy bitumen. Can/should AB invest in refining its own bitumen products?

One consideration is that, particularly in BC, we don't have enough refinery capacity to meet our needs. We export crude and import refined products
