I’m curious how post Carney meeting this week, when Smith was so ungracious in her comments about Carney and Canada you square this circle?
She was clearly playing to her base and not to the confederation.
I might also raise the point of incompetence in the management of the province. I can’t recall any other premier with so many scandals that are unresolved or that she cared so little about resolving.
If the opportunity arises, your assessment of Alberta’s NDP leader would be appreciated. He is being branded as “ not doing enough” against the Smith regime in a province where the American mainstream media is captured by the O&G industry and online media ignores his field of operations, namely the Legislature.
Smith is much more evil in her goals than the author gives her credit. It’s been her modus operandi from day one. That really needs to be acknowledged.
